Steps:
1. In the TravEarth app, tap 'Help' > 'Report an Issue'.
2. Choose the category: lodging, gear, safety, or booking.
3. Describe the issue and optionally add photos or location.
4. Submit your report — the AI will triage and either respond or escalate to a live agent.
5. You’ll get a confirmation and tracking number for your report.
6. Track updates via your app inbox or notifications.
Tips & Reminders:
• For urgent issues, use 'Emergency' instead of 'Report'.
• Attach photos to speed up resolution.
• Reports help us improve — your feedback is logged and reviewed.
